How will my goodies be shipped?

Options are:
Free Shipping on all orders over $75
Regular Post $10.00
Registered Post. $13.95
Express Post. $25.00

For International Shipping we use a hand selected group of couriers at a flat rate of $35 for orders over $75.00

For bulky items such as ottomans and rugs, please contact us directly to arrange a quote.

Please Note: The Gypsy and The Officer will not be liable for any damage or loss of items sent via standard post.


How long till I receive my goodies?

If you need something urgently, please choose express post. That way we can organise it the same day to be sent in an Express post satchel to the required address.
Please allow up to 5 days for standard post or up to 10 days for larger items which may have to be freighted by a transport company. This may also apply to parcels being sent to regional areas. 
Delivery times will depend on season and location.

Returns

We want you to be over the moon with your purchase…..

 If, however, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of any full price item within 28 days of purchase or within 14 days for any sale item.

Items should be returned in their original condition and with the tags on.

Once received items will be processed and a credit note supplied within 5 working days.

Credit notes will be sent via email to the nominated address on the original order.

Credit notes will contain a coupon code that is unique to you for a reduction of the nominated value of your credit on your next purchase.

Please note The Gypsy and The Officer will not cover shipping costs I the credit refund.

If you would prefer a straight exchange for an item, please email us and we can arrange with details of the item, size and colour you would like to change it for.

Stock Issues?

Items that are out of stock will be notated as such on the website. As we are a boutique store, we do not carry large quantities of stock so be sure to get in quick and place your orders. If any item you would like to buy is out of stock please do not hesitate to email us and I will see if we can place an order for you.


How do I pay for my goodies?

We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard via the online portal. We also accept payments via Afterpay, allowing you to order and receive your goods straight away and then pay  the balance off in four equal fortnightly instalments - interest free!!!
